Colorful salad and morning juice

This morning I prepared a salad for lunch time. This was so so so good, that I've decide to write it down here. The salad sat for several hours, so all the juices blended nicely....and the veggies were soft!
 
Lunch salad
1 carrot
1 red cabbage leaf
2 inches zucchini, sliced and quartered
4 tbs peas
1 tbs parsley
1 small bok choy
1/4 avocado, cubed
Dressing: 1tbs olive oil, 1tbs flax oil, 1 tbs apple cider vinegar, 1 tbs lemon juice, salt, pepper,cayenne pepper

Morning juice
2 green apples
3 small carrots
1 pear
2 plums
1 lemon
ginger
cayenne pepper
Add water to dilute the juice, at least 1 part water to 1 part juice.
