Lunch salad
1 carrot
1 red cabbage leaf
2 inches zucchini, sliced and quartered
4 tbs peas
1 tbs parsley
1 small bok choy
1/4 avocado, cubed Dressing: 1tbs olive oil, 1tbs flax oil, 1 tbs apple cider vinegar, 1 tbs lemon juice, salt, pepper,cayenne pepper
Morning juice
2 green apples
3 small carrots
1 pear
2 plums
1 lemon
ginger
cayenne pepper
Add water to dilute the juice, at least 1 part water to 1 part juice.
